⚙️ Product Description
Principle of Work
The integrated sewage treatment equipment eliminates organic matter pollutants and ammonia nitrogen primarily through the AO biological treatment process. Due to the high density of organic matter in the sewage, microorganisms operate under anoxic conditions to decompose organic nitrogen into NH3-N. Simultaneously, organic carbon is used as an electron donor to transform NO2-N and NH3-N into N2.
In the O level stages, the reduced organic matter density allows for further oxygenolysis and nitrification. This level employs low oxygen biology contact oxidation, utilizing nitrifying bacteria to decompose organic matter into CO2 and H2O, effectively eliminating nitrogen pollution through denitrification reflux.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Can the equipment be installed completely underground?
Yes, the equipment is designed to be embedded in the ground. The surface above can be used for landscaping or other purposes, and it does not require specialized heating or insulation.
How often does the sludge need to be removed?
Due to the low filler volume loading and efficient oxidation, sludge production is minimal. Sludge removal is typically required only once every 90 days.
What is the advantage of the AO biological process?
The AO (Anoxic/Oxic) process efficiently removes organic pollutants and ammonia nitrogen while preventing sludge bulking and ensuring stable water output quality.
Does the system require a full-time operator?
No, the system is equipped with an automatic control system and failure alarms, allowing it to operate reliably with only periodic maintenance checks.
How is the odor controlled in these units?
In addition to standard high-altitude exhaust, our equipment includes specific soil deodorization measures to ensure minimal environmental impact.
