CE/ISO/SGS Packaged Compact MBR/MBBR Waste/Grey/Black Effluent Sewage Water Treatment Plant
Principle of Work
The integrated sewage treatment equipment eliminates organic matter pollutants and ammonia nitrogen primarily through the AO biological treatment process. At the A-level, due to high organic density, microorganisms operate under anoxic conditions to decompose organic nitrogen into NH3-N. Simultaneously, organic carbon is used as an electron donor to transform NO2-N and NH3-N into N2. In the O-level, good oxygen biological contact oxidation ponds are established with lower organic loads. Here, good oxygen microorganisms decompose organic matter into CO2 and H2O, while nitrifying bacteria transform NH3-N into NO2-N and NO3-N, completing the denitrification process.
Key Performance Features
- Advanced Process: Integration of BOD5, COD, and NH3-N removal with stable performance and reliable technology.
- Flexible Installation: Equipment can be embedded underground; the surface can be used for landscaping or greenery.
- Superior Treatment: Uses plug-flow biological contact oxidation, outperforming completely mixed series ponds.
- Stability: Resistance to shock loading ensures water quality stability and prevents sludge bulking.
- Innovative Packing: Flexible three-dimensional packing increases surface area for microbial film growth and oxygen solubility.
- Low Maintenance: Produces minimal sludge (requires removal only every 90+ days) and features automatic control with alarm systems.
- Odor Control: Combines conventional high-altitude exhaust with soil deodorization measures.
Applications
Ideal for hotels, restaurants, nursing homes, hospitals, residential areas, villages, stations, airports, ports, terminals, ships, factories, mines, and tourist landscapes.
What is the main advantage of an AO biological treatment process?
It effectively removes organic pollutants and ammonia nitrogen through a two-stage process (anoxic and aerobic), ensuring stable water quality and preventing sludge bulking.
Can this equipment be installed underground?
Yes, the equipment is designed to be embedded in the ground. The surface above can be used for landscaping or other purposes, which also provides natural insulation.
How often does the sludge need to be removed?
Thanks to the low filler volume loading and biological contact oxidation, sludge production is minimal. It typically requires removal only once every 90 days.
Is the system easy to operate for non-technical staff?
Absolutely. The system is equipped with automatic controls and an electrical failure alarm, requiring minimal manual intervention and simple periodic maintenance.
What applications is this sewage treatment plant suitable for?
It is ideal for high-density organic wastewater from hotels, hospitals, residential areas, ships, and various industrial sites.
Does the equipment have odor control measures?
Yes, it utilizes both conventional high-altitude exhaust and specialized soil deodorization measures to ensure a pleasant surrounding environment.
